Committee
This committee will ensure the widest possible advertising of the event. The committee will capture suggestions from various
sources, evaluate them and then act accordingly.
Snack
Committee
Provide snacks and drinks for the bazaar and provide support during the
bazaar. The
committee will decide what they feel is best.
Donations
Committee
Solicit ideas and sources of people who will donate handmade items for
sale. Ensure there are sufficient and diverse donations for sale. Ensure
that commitment and donation deadlines are met. Determine volume of
donations so the Logistics committee will be able to provide accordingly.
Participation
Committee
Ensure there are sufficient folks participating, including handling
donations, staffing donation tables, staffing snack tables, and Mission
participants to talk about Bethel and her ministries. An on-going slide show running in the room
would be nice.
Logistics
Committee
The logistics committee will be responsible for set up, clean up, tables,
location, people flow, and external/internal appearance of the Church,
etc. It is suggested that this committee team up with the Deacons for
help.
